I’ve always professed my love for Bottega Veneta (here), and their new Pre-Fall 2024 collection only deepens my admiration. It’s a showcase of everything I adore about the brand: from the chic onesies and oversized bags to the perfectly matched trousers and skirts in that iconic pleated Bottega leather style, topped off with sleek loafers. This collection embodies the essence of what I dream my wardrobe could be—timeless, bold, and undeniably stylish.

Remember DW by Kanye West? His Debut S/S 12 Collection at Paris Fashion Week
I didn’t! I stumbled upon some images from his collection on Instagram and got curious about whether I had written a post about it on my website. After searching, I found this old post, dating back to 2013. Everything I wrote back then, I still stand by. Kanye really was ahead of his time, and…
Read MoreWhy Hereu is the Spanish Brand You Need to Know About
In my ongoing quest to find new brands—some that are just emerging and others that might not have gotten much media love—I’ve stumbled upon a gem that’s quickly become one of my top three favorites. What’s funny is that I discovered this brand right after finishing my post about my solo trip to Spain. Say…
Read MoreWhy Men’s Mules Under $60 Are the Perfect Transitional Shoe for Spring and Fall
With most of the summer behind us and fall quickly approaching, many of you might be gearing up for cooler days. Meanwhile, here in Melbourne, spring is just around the corner, which still feels so strange to me. Living in a climate that’s the complete opposite of what I’ve known for so many years has…

“Do you see how I do my makeup for work? Very DEmure, very MINDful!” “Do you see how I walk through the airport? Very DEmure…” and “Do you see how I eat this salad? Very DEmure, very mindful, and very cute.” If you haven’t already hit this part of TikTok, count your days—your time is…
Read MoreWhy Now is the Worst Time to Buy Secondhand Designer Bags: The Truth About Superfakes and Luxury Brands
This is probably the worst time to buy secondhand designer bags! The last 12 months have been a rollercoaster in the fashion industry, and honestly, I’m not surprised. After over a decade of scrolling through social media, especially Pinterest, I’ve never seen so many designer bags flooding the market from so-called secondhand online stores. Take…
Read More10 Zara Menswear Pieces That will Sell Out Fast
I have been vocal about my love for Zara pieces throughout the years, as I recently mentioned in my shop guide for tall men here. Zara is a brand that I believe is loved by many, but due to its growth, fast fashion approach, and resemblance to some high fashion brands, it’s not always a…
Read MoreVersace’s Spring 2016 Revolution: The Medusa-Stamped Elegance of a Simplified Birkin
I have always been a fan of the brand Versace, largely due to Gianni Versace and his connections with ’90s supermodels. This bag, however, truly demonstrates how exceptional the brand is. Maybe I’m overreacting—it’s just a bag. But the simplicity and subtle resemblance to the Birkin make it stand out even more, especially with the enlarged gold Medusa logo in the center. This detail sets it apart from Hermes and makes it unmistakably VERSACE!
(more…)Men Can Wear The Brat Green Too – Here Are Some Picks
I have seen this brat green on my timeline on all social media platforms this whole summer, against my will. First, what is this green? Slime, neon, or the puke emoji? Everyone has been living their brat summer and has had their creative way with this green. The green from Charli XCX’s album cover, which…
Read MoreDiscovering Parallel x Studio: A TikTok Find
Parallel x Studio is another brand that I discovered on TikTok. It’s very Y2K-coded but has its own identity, creating pieces that I haven’t seen done before. They focus on womenswear, but many of their pieces can be worn by both genders. My favorite is this leather belt bag, which serves many purposes and can easily be worn as a crossbody bag too. The Bambi print is what really makes this bag unique; it also comes in plain brown leather. However, the Bambi print, which is already sold out, is a design I think we will see a lot more of. Check the brand out HERE.
