This beautiful dress looks like a body party on Ciara. She looks so amazing from top to toe. This beautiful couture dress is such a great fit for the VMAS and really accentuates her body. I wish she had her blond hair with that dress, it would give her that va va voom look.
She was my favourite dressed at the VMAS, for sure!
